| Monitor task configuration (URL, check interval, CSS selector) | Managing your watch list | chrome.storage.local |
| Page content snapshots | Comparing against future fetches | chrome.storage.local |
| Diff results | Displaying change history | chrome.storage.local |
| Notification preferences | Controlling notification cooldown | chrome.storage.local |
| Permission | Purpose |

PageWatch does not send any data to external servers. All page fetching, content comparison, and notifications are performed entirely on your local device.
This extension does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
You can manually delete individual or all monitoring tasks via the extension popup, which will remove all associated snapshots and history. Uninstalling the extension automatically deletes all local data.
